Process
No black box. You see the plan before we start, working software every sprint, and the same team after launch.
How a project runs, week by week
How we work
- 01
Discover
We sit with your team, map how work really gets done and find where software pays back fastest. You leave with a scoped plan, not a pitch deck.
- 02
Design & Architect
Flows, interfaces and system design worked out with you before production code. Trade-offs written down and agreed early.
- 03
Build & Ship
Two-week sprints, weekly demos and a staging link you can click any day. Real users see it early, and we keep shipping.
- 04
Support & Scale
After launch we stay on for monitoring, fixes and the next round of features. Your systems grow with the business, not against it.

How we work together
- (01)
One lead, start to finish
The engineer who scopes your project is the one who ships it. No hand-offs to people you have never met.
- (02)
A demo every week
You see working software, not status slides. Feedback goes into the next sprint, not the next quarter.
- (03)
Your code, your accounts
Repositories, cloud accounts and credentials live under your organisation from day one.
- (04)
Trade-offs in writing
Every big decision is written down with the options we considered, so nothing is lost when people change.
FAQs
What to know before we work together.
What kind of companies do you work with?
Growing businesses, usually 20 to 500 people, in fintech, logistics, healthcare and retail. Most have outgrown spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools and need software built around how they actually work.
Who will actually work on our project?
A small senior team. One lead engineer stays with you from kickoff to launch, joined by designers, developers and DevOps as the scope needs. No hand-offs to people you have never met.
How long does a typical project take?
A focused first release usually takes 8 to 12 weeks. Larger platforms ship in phases, with something live every few weeks instead of one big launch at the end.
How do you communicate and report progress?
A shared Slack channel, a weekly demo and a staging link you can open any day. You always know what shipped, what is next and what is blocked.
Can you work with our existing systems and team?
Yes. Most of our work plugs into stacks that already exist. We can extend your codebase, work alongside your in-house developers or take over maintenance.
Who owns the code and infrastructure?
You do, from day one. Repositories, cloud accounts and credentials live under your organisation and are documented so any team can pick them up.
What happens after launch?
We stay on for monitoring, fixes and new features on a monthly support plan, with response times agreed in writing. Round-the-clock cover is available for critical systems.
How is a project priced?
After a free discovery call you get a fixed quote for a defined build, or a monthly retainer for ongoing work. No surprise invoices.
Not sure we’re the right fit?
A 20-minute call usually answers it. No pitch, just questions about what you need.
